It is with sadden hearts that we announce the passing
of Forest Dean Ribble born January
25, 1957 and died
January 13, 2012, at Hospice of Windsor and
Essex
County.
Dean will be deeply mourned by his loving wife Georgina,
his son Kevin (Elena Gonzalez), daughters Mandy, Marlee (Korry Mellow)
step-daughters Jodie (Joe Malott), Jenniffer (Danny Johnston).
Grandpa will always be remember by his grandchildren Amanda Malott,
Alexis Hailstone, Tausha Hailstone, Logan Johnston, Megan Ribble, Hailey
Ribble, Brody Ribble, Ellie Gonzalez-Ribble, Emma Gonzalez-Ribble, Makayla
Malott, Emma Malott, Brandy Havens-Ribble, Dylan Mellow and Karlin Mellow.
Also survived by brother Drew, sisters Denise Van Doorn (Richard),
Debbie Dipierdomenico (Frank), brothers-in-laws Denis Nash (Janet), Robert
Nash (Mary) and sister-in-law Linda Collins, as well as many nieces, nephews
and cousins.

Dean. Dean was an avid
outdoorsman, always hunting, fishing and running fishing charters when not
working at Chryslers. A special

doctors, nurses, personal support workers and volunteers at Hospice of
Windsor and Essex County, and not to be forgotten Danielle and Susan, Dean’s
nurses from Paramed for all of your care, support and compassion to Dean.

Passed away peacefully on January 13, 2012 surrounded by his devoted wife, Yvonne
(nee Quinn), with whom he recently celebrated 40 years of marriage and his
beloved daughters. Bruce was
born April 22, 1946, in
Arvida,
Quebec, to Rosalind (2009) and Douglas
(2009). Dear father of Heidi

David Wade (Switzerland)
and Laura and Steve Tultz (Brooklin,
ON).

Dearly loved son-in-law of Helen Quinn (London)
and the late Ronald (1983).
Survived by Yvonne’s three brothers, two sisters and their spouses as well
as many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews and numerous extended
family members. Bruce was a well
respected and dedicated family doctor in Kingsville
for 36 years. He was an avid
Michigan
football fan; he loved model railroading and was passionate about seeing the
world. Special thanks to Dr.

for their exceptional care. The

She was a loving wife to John for 40 years.

Marlene (Ron). Dianna was a
loving grandma to and will be missed by her granddaughters, Gwenyth, McKenna
and Alexis. She is also survived

BALKWILL, Jean
Peacefully with her family at her side, Jean Balkwill
passed away at the age of 87 at Leamington
Hospital
on January 19, 2012.
Jean was predeceased by her loving husband Clayton in 2008.
She was a devoted mother to her children, Keith Balkwill and Susie,
Ruth Clifford and husband Gene.
Already missed by her grandchildren Joel Clifford and wife Kristie, Dan
Clifford and wife Jenn, Ben and Peter Balkwill.
Proud great grandmother of Conner Clifford.
Survived by her sister May Eede and many cherished nieces and
nephews. Jean was a very active
member in her community and devoted member of her Church and Kingsville
Friendly Club. A private family
committal will take place on Monday.

FRANKS, MARY
ANNE (Nee Johnson)
It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing
of Mary Anne Franks (Nee Johnson) at the Mennonite Long Term Care Home on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at 77 years
of age after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer’s disease.
She was the cherished wife and best friend to Donald for 56 years,
loving mother to Karen Dault (Robert) and much adored grandmother to Katie
Carther. She is survived by
niece Carolyn Anne Lamont.
Predeceased by parents Harry and Beatrice Johnson and sister Freida Lamont.
Mary Anne will be sadly missed by dear friends Eileen and George,
Mary and Bob and Brenda. Mary
Anne, a talented artist, was well known for her beautiful water colour
paintings of nature. After she
retired from her teaching career, she continued to teach people ranging in
age from 8 to 80 art lessons.
She was also heavily involved with the Leamington
Art
Gallery in the early years.
Mary Anne loved to take long walks up north and through Point Pelee
to watch the birds and look for scenes for future paintings.
The family would like to thank the wonderful staff of the Mennonite
Long Term Care Home for their excellent care and continued Kindness to Mary
Anne. Special thanks also go to
aides Catherine McCrum and Gisele Simpson for their efforts to make Mary
Anne’s last days pleasant. Cremation has taken place in
Windsor. Friends
will be received for time of visitation at the C. Stuart Sykes Funeral Home,
91 Division St. S., Kingsville on January 27 from 7-9 p.m.

Delbert passed away on the anniversary of their wedding 70 years ago.

(Jerry) Badder of London; Murray (Kim) Sundin of Fort Frances.
Also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
Predeceased by 1 grandchild, and also by a brother Gerald (Alma)
Sundin. Well known in the area
as a water well driller for over 40 years.

Suddenly, leaving broken hearted parents, Betty and Joe
Pindera, Kingsville.
Beloved soul mate of Dennis Black, Kingsville.
Beloved sister of Kristene Pindera, Davidson,
MI and Darlene Thibault (Mark),
Windsor.
Colene was the adored Aunty CoCo
to nephews Kalen Pindera, Maxxim Thibault and niece Zoee Thibault.
Also mourned by her uncles Terry Blocka (Mabel),
Prince George, BC; Jerry
Blocha, Rosthern, Sask.;
Wally Pindera, Winnipeg, Man.;
and aunt Donna Ginther, Peachland,
BC; and honorary Auntie Joan,
Kingsville, and numerous cousins.
Colene was a graduate of St. Anne’s High School, Tecumseh and
obtained an Environmental Engineering Degree from the
University
of Windsor.
She was well known in the Kingsville Area for her unique skill of
teaching swimming lessons to children.
Colene was a member of Toastmasters for many years, performer of
improv comedy, Second
City in Detroit,
an avid writer, and a crew member of Tall Ships.
Colene spent several years mastering metal sculpture in
Provincetown, Mass.
Her free spirit took her on many travels and adventures.
Colene left an indelible imprint in her all too short a time with us.
She was our dear-heart.
Cremation was held in Windsor,
Ontario.
